Legacy Long Distance complaint by DSmith
We were out of town in April and had to make 3 calls charging them to our Credit Card because there was no cell phone service there. The charges were way out of line with regard to the amounts but I paid them.

Now I see they have charged my bank account $267 for what I don't know. We have not been out of town or made any other calls since the 3 calls in April.

I get no where when I call. They are requesting I give them my Debit Card no. which I am not going to do and have more problems. Obviously they already have it since they are charging my account an outragious amount for nothing!

At this point I am working with my bank to dispute the charges hopefully I can them reversed. Not Happy!

I understand why you are angry. I used to work for this company and they are total rip off. Not only that, but the superviors are so unprofessional, and so rude. They pay the workers minimum wages with no benfits. The operators are not suppose to give you rate quote on these calls unless you ask, because they are so high. They hire the most unproffessional people, released from rehab and straight out of jail. But don\'t get me wrong, im not part of them. They opertors are known to steal credit card information and what ever they can find, so pleaseeeee don't give out your information.
