Legacy Long Distance complaint by Millerscrossing
I am very pissed. This company charged me $95.49 to call information in California. I was calling from Louisiana and stranded on the highway. I only talked to an operator long enough to find a number. The number was not listed and I didn't call anyone in California. This is an outrage. This company is robbing people for services not even rendered. How can they get away with highway robbery. Why is the company still in business. Maybe if we complain enough something will be done. And..the charge has caused me to overdraw at my bank and I will incur further charges placed on my by the bank.
