I used to work for this company and they are total rip off. Not only that, but the superviors are so unprofessional, and so rude. They pay the workers minimum wages with no benfits. The operators are not suppose to give you rate quote on these calls unless you ask, because they are so high. They hire the most unproffessional people, released from rehab and straight out of jail. But don\'t get me wrong, im not part of them. They opertors are known to steal credit card information and what ever they can find, so pleaseeeee don\'t give out your information.

I traveled to NM and used a pay phone at Lake Roberts with my debit card. I was charged $35 three times for calls I made but got an answering machine. I called Legacy and complained that it did not state charges on the phone it only stated fifty cents for 5 min anywhere in the US which was misleading. Please help!
